3-way 165 mm (6.5") component system
Partially active 3-way PRS system with strong ferrite magnet and powder-coated metal basket. A stiff fiberglass paper cone provides punchy, accurate bass. Supported by an 80 mm paper cone midrange driver with strong ferrite drive and the 19 mm fabric tweeters, the PRS 165.3 provides clear highs and dynamic sounding mids. The high efficiency and the unobtrusive, silky sound, make this system unique in its class!

Technology
LOW/MID-RANGE DRIVER - 165 mm outer diameter, 8 screw points, arranged in a circle. Recommended frequency range: 50 Hz - 3000 Hz.
NOMEX-SPIDER - a spider for highest demands and durability. Particularly robust against wear and tear and yet with the necessary flexibility a loudspeaker needs. The mix-fibre fabric was specially developed for loudspeaker construction and offers all the advantages of a modern spider system.
OPTIMISED-HEAT-DISSIPATION - The T-joke design has been specially designed to absorb and effectively dissipate heat generated by the magnet system, through the large core bore and specially designed ventilation ducts. without creating any flow noise.
MADE IN GERMANY - We have been developing and testing loudspeakers for over 35 years. Our entire manufacturing and development know-how plays a central role in this.
